Dear Sir/Madame

I am a lecturer with the University of Nottingham and an ex
infection control nurse.

I am undertaking a PhD and as a part of this am examining the Hand
Hygiene policies of all Acute, PCT and Mental Health Trusts in
England

Through general internet searching I have been acquire about 30% of
these policies. Your organisation is not one of these.

Therefore I would like to request your trusts most recent hand
hygiene policy. An e-mail attachment would be great.

policy. I am responding on behalf of Northamptonshire Healthcare NHS
Foundation Trust which provides mental health, learning disability, sexual
health and drug and alcohol services to the county's population.

If you are unhappy with the service you have received in relation to your
Freedom of Information request and wish to make a complaint or request a

If you are not content with the outcome of your complaint, you may apply
