Dear Sir/Madame
I am a lecturer with the University of Nottingham and an ex
infection control nurse.
I am undertaking a PhD and as a part of this am examining the Hand
Hygiene policies of all Acute, PCT and Mental Health Trusts in
England
Through general internet searching I have been acquire about 30% of
these policies. Your organisation is not one of these.
Therefore I would like to request your trusts most recent hand
hygiene policy. An e-mail attachment would be great.

I refer to your request relating to A&E attendances and to the email
below. It has been established that we are unable to translate the ICD10
codes into the HES codes. I attach the analysis by ICD10 code but I must
stress that this will not be comparable with any statistics you receive
using the HES codes.
