I would like to recieve information about the number of complaints
that the Halton Health Overview & Scrutiny Committee have dealt
with between the period November 2007 through to May 2009 - in
relation to Warrington & Halton Hospitals Foundation Trust,
including any other previous names used by this Trust.
How many complaints required further action by the HHO&SC and what
steps taken.
