Have UEA not learned that it is always easiest to simply release the information?

I would appeal this as it should be covered by Environment Information rules not Freedom of Information Act anyway ...

- why do you think the request should be handled under the Environmental Information Regulations 2004

Please note that the voluntary timescale of 28 days as defined in our Code of Practice will be suspended until such time as we receive clarification of your appeal. Once that is received, the clock will recommence, your appeal considered, and you will receive a response within the stated timescale.
