H1N1v mortality data

Dear Sir/ Madam,
I note that in your HPA Weekly National Influenza Report you
include some limited data on mortality. However I am unable to find
a more detailed breakdown in your publications.
1) Do you hold or publish a break down of H1N1v (pandemic
influenza) deaths by age group and pre-existing conditions?
2) If it is not already published can you supply these data? I
think the most useful form of this would be as an anonymised list
of deaths with the age and co-morbidities (if any) for each
patient.
If this is not possible you could supply this data in an aggregated
form. If you choose this method please separate out categories
where multiple co-morbidities occur. Eg. if you have co-morbidity A
and B then there should be categories A, B and A+B with no patient
in more than one category.
Many thanks
Denzil Holles
