Dear Sir or Madam,
Under freedom of information please can you provide the following
information regarding the vaccination programme in England.
1. The total number of individuals who have been invited for
vaccination appointments since the vaccination programme started
and how many of these have accepted the vaccination (i.e.
percentage uptake so far).
2. The total number of individuals who have been vaccinated on each
day since the start of the vaccination programme.
3. The total numbers of each brand of vaccine that have been
administered since the start of the vaccination programme.
4. Any side effects (and the nature of these side effects) reported
by persons who have received the vaccination and which vaccine
brand/s these are associated with.
