Dear Sir or Madam,
Under freedom of information please can you provide:
1. A complete list of the ingredients of the vaccine being
purchased by the UK Government for the H1N1 influenza
2. A complete list of any known side effects of any of the vaccine
ingredients
3. The suppliers of the H1N1 influenza vaccine to the UK Government
4. Clarification of whether or not the UK Government has, in any
circumstances such as a national state of emergency, the legal
authority (under the Civil Contingencies Act 2004 or other
legislation) to order mandatory vaccination for all citizens and if
so what measures could be taken against individuals who refuse the
H1N1 vaccine for themselves and/or their children. Also
clarification of which parts of the United Kingdom for which the UK
Government has the authority to introduce mandatory vaccination.
5. Clarification of whether any (and which) international
organisations (such as the E.U. and the World Health Organisation)
would have the authority to overide UK Government policy in the
event of an H1N1 influenza pandemic.
6. Clarification of whether or not (and under what circumstances)
martial law could be imposed in the United Kingdom in the event of
a disease pandemic, whether martial law could be used to administer
vaccines by force (i.e. under physical restraint) if people refuse
vaccination and (where applicable) what impact this would have on
the authority of devolved administrations.
Yours faithfully,
Mr McGillivray

Ditto Veronica, I would add only one thing (if that is possible), namely
Has immunity from prosecution/compensation been granted to ANY person/body in association with this "vaccination" campaign. (either Governmental or private). If so, why, and what caused the relevant authority to consider that immunity was necessary? How was this in the public interest?

Also - Does any member of the panel which decides on vaccinations have any financial links with the companies manufacturing this vaccine - if so who and how much?
