Dear Sir or Madam,

Please provide communications between BERR and the Environment

public consultation on H14 eco-toxicity testing of waste held in
autumn 2007.

Thank-you.

Yours faithfully,

Andrew Wood

This request failed as the government department, the Department for Business, Enterprise and Regulatory Reform no longer exists. It has been replaced by a 'new' department called BIS.

My analysis is this: the software at mySociety sends the FOI request to the old email address; either this is arriving and being ignored or it's being rejected. Either way, there's no feedback so I can actually know why this request fails. Might be easier to prevent submissions to Govt. departments which no longer exist?

Anyhow, just to add that overall WhatDoTheyKnow is a great project and I appreciate the work of everyone involved. Thanks.

Andrew
