Ganesh Sittampalam made this Freedom of Information request to Cambridgeshire County Council
The request was refused by Cambridgeshire County Council.

Dear Sir or Madam,
I request a copy of the report referred to in between items 12(c)
and 12(d) of the agenda for the council meeting of 19/05/09.
I am aware that the report was considered in closed session, but
the FOI/EIR considerations as to whether it should be released are
different from the considerations under the Local Government Act.
In addition it seems from this news article that the decision to
keep the meeting closed was politically disputed and that many
councillors felt that the public interest was in favour of
releasing the report:
http://www.cambridge-news.co.uk/cn_news_...
Obviously there is a strong public interest in being informed of
progress and any difficulties with such a significant and
controversial piece of transport infrastructure.
Yours faithfully,
Ganesh Sittampalam
