Dear Sir or Madam,
This is a request for information under the Freedom of Information
(Scotland) Act 2002.
Please provide me with information about communications the
Scottish Government has held and work the Scottish Government has
undertaken since 1st January 2008 in relation to the
non-registration of teachers in the independent sector with the
General Teaching Council for Scotland.
The information should include copies of minutes, briefings,
memoranda, correspondence and press lines to take in response to
the story "One in seven teachers at private schools not registered"
in Scotland on Sunday on 5th July 2009.
