Argyll & Bute Council

Dear Mr. Hay,

The information which you are requesting not collated on a weekly or
monthly basis, essentially because the numbers do not justify it (e.g. 6
this year with approx 4500 staff excluding teachers. Grievances are
however collated annually and are reported on in our personnel services
annual report at
http://www.argyll-bute.gov.uk/pdffilesst...
report07-08?a=0 .
Because the numbers are so low, it is not possible to identify the
council department with the lowest number of grievances since most will
have none.

I Hope that this information is of interest

Yours Sincerely

Stephen Doogan
