Dear Hillingdon Borough Council,
Please accept this as a request under the Freedom of Information
Act
As your Highways department will be aware earlier this year
Transport for London carried out an upgrade to the traffic signals
at the junction of West Drayton Road and Harlington Road which
resulted in damage to the large grass verge nearby
Can you please supply any internal correspondence that has been
produced by any department regarding the above. This should also
include copies of any maps detailing the affected area, any
Inspector's reports, any reports or approval statements made by the
relevant Street Works Manager. Please also include any
correspondence that has been exchanged with Transport for London on
the above.
It would be of help if the information could be provided in an
electronic format
Yours faithfully,
Michael Ereira

Dear Hillingdon Borough Council,
Please pass this on to the person who conducts Freedom of
Information reviews.
I am writing to request an internal review of Hillingdon Borough
Council's handling of my FOI request 'Grass verge repair as I do
not believe that all the information available has been provided
There appears to be no definition as to the exact area that was re
seeded. I am led to believe that the area was inspected by a member
of the Highways team shortly after the re seeding by TFL that
appears to be missing together with the report's approval by the
Street Works Manager
It is possible that other documents are missing and would request a
more thorough search than originally carried out. You will note
that the above was requested in my original submission

Dear Mr Ereira
I am writing in response to your email below. I am dealing with this
matter informally at this stage rather than under our internal review
procedure.
I have re-looked into this matter and I can confirm that all recorded
information has been supplied. The majority of correspondence between
officers on the matter of the grass verge reinstatement following the
TFL signals modernisation at Harlington Road/West Drayton Road was
conducted over the telephone and no records were made in regards to
these telephone conversations.
I trust this provides the necessary clarification. However, if you
wish to request an internal review then you should write, within 2
months, to:
Office Managing Partner, Legal Services, Civic Centre, High St,
Uxbridge, UB8 1UW (or via email to [Hillingdon Borough Council request email] marked for the
