Dear Sir or Madam,
How many grants/loans where given for refurbishments and/or
improvements of houses in Liverpool and in which areas in the last
5 years, in which areas of the city and of which type where they?
Background:
On the Liverpool City Council website:
http://www.liverpool.gov.uk/Housing/Hous...
a number of schemes are listed which support residents in repairs
and improvements to their homes:
Quoted from there:“In some cases this will result in demolition of
the worst properties; in consultation with owners, but most of the
affected home owners will receive money to help improve their
homes. “
The listed schemes include: Adapting Homes, Council Initiatives,
Decent Homes standard, Handyperson project, Home Improvement
Agency, Home Improvement (equity) Loans, Home Improvement
(Houseproud) Loans.
Yours faithfully,
Martin Dunschen
