Dear Mr Buckley

I am writing further to your email to the Freedom of Information (FOI)
team dated 11 June 2009 in which you request an internal review of the
Learning and Skills Councils (LSC) handling of your FOI request "Grant
Number GL90007164-March 2008". This will be dealt with as a complaint
