the DCLG regarding this funding agreement.

Thank you for your email of 26 May. I have been asked to respond.
The Grant Memorandum and Annual reports for the last three years are available on the Local Government Ombudsman's website. I attach the relevant links for both these documents

You can contact the LGO to obtain a copy of the 2004-2005 report.
The annual reports sets out the LGO's performance against business goals for the year completed and also sets out a summary of its financial accounts.
The Grant Memorandum describes the arrangements agreed between the Commission and DCLG, with the consent of Treasury, for the use of the grant. Where these arrangements stem from statutory provisions, the provisions are specified in the Memorandum, one of which includes the publication of an annual report to be laid before Parliament each year.
