Dear Mr Whittaker

I refer to your request set out below. I am unable to supply you with the
information you have requested on the basis that the information is
confidential and disclosure would constitute an actionable breach of
confidence in accordance with section 41 of the FOI Act 2005.

I can however inform you that the photography contract is not between the
University and Ede & Ravenscroft but rather between the Guild of Students
and Ede & Ravenscroft.

If you have any further queries in relation to this matter please do not
hesitate to contact me. Please also note that if you disagree with this
decision you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office.
