Would you kindly advise in respect of commercial vehicles:
a)the aggregate level of fines in £'s levied since end May '09
b)the amount of fines in £'s by Vehicle Operator country of origin
with figs for NI and rest of GB
c)proportion of fines in £'s paid by individuals (drivers) and
proportion paid by operating company ie business owner
