Dear Dartford Borough Council,

I would like information about parking on Gordon Road in Dartford,
in particular;

1. The number of requests made for Permit parking to be implemented
on Gordon Road

2. The number of complaints about parking problems on Gordon Road

3. Any plans that the Council has to implement parking
restrictions/permits on Gordon Road

4. The average number of cars that the Council would provide
parking space for on Gordon Road

5. The number of cars parked on Gordon Road on an average working
day.

Hello Mr Davy,

Thank you for your e mail requesting information about the proposed
parking in Gordon Road and other questions relating to parking in that
street.

I am sorry I cannot provide a response at the moment as our Transport
Engineer is unwell and unavailable for work at the moment. I had hoped to
hear some positive news this morning but unfortunately he remains unwell.
I am unable to answer the questions you have raised but will hopefully be
able to give you a response as soon as our Engineer is back.

Dear Chris Cavalli,

Thank you for your reply to my questions (FOI 821). Further to
these answers, could you please provide a copy (or a link to an
online version) of the full report of the parking review you
undertook, and the plans (including timetable) for the changes to
parking on Gordon Road and surrounding areas. Could you also give
the boundaries for the Dartford South consultation area, and
Dartford Town parking scheme.

Please pass this on to the person who conducts Freedom of
Information reviews.

I am writing to request an internal review of Dartford Borough
Council's handling of my FOI request 'Gordon Road parking'.

I requested a copy of a link to an online copy of information and
reviews mentioned in the reply that I received, but I have not had
any further response to this request.

Firstly I apologise for the time taken in responding to your additional email.

All the information requested can be found on the Dartford Borough Council Website
Go into Committees and look for Cabinet report 22/01/2009 this details the review and
plans of the area's covered in the appendices.

The majority of residents that responded in the Dartford South area were in favour of a
Scheme, no date has been agreed for further consultation prior to implementation.
