Dear Ms Lethbridge-Tatlow
The information you requested has now been compiled. Most is in hard copy and I do not have scanning facilities in my office. Please send me an address to send the information to.
I sincerely apologise for the delay but as I think you were informed both myself and Mick Branaghan have experienced a difficult couple of months with family illness and bereavements.

Dear Ian Bell,
Thank you for the copies of email and correspondence which you sent
on January 28th.
There is an email string dated February 21st 2007 between Barbara
Janke and Michael Branaghan which unfortunately is not readable
(I'm attaching a pdf here). As you will see there are 3 pages in
the
string, the first two of which are obscured. Please would you send
readable versions - by email would be easiest for me.
Please would you confirm that there were no emails or
correspondence during the period Oct 10th 2007 to November 18th
2007 inclusive, between councillors, council officers and GCCC
concerning the use of
the playing field at Brunel for car parking?
The final document that you sent is dated November 20th 2007 (email
from Tom Richardson to Michael Branaghan). My request was for
copies of emails, correspondence, etc for the period to July 2008.
Please would you forward these as soon as possible.
I would also like to send my condolences for the recent
bereavements which have occurred and do apologise if my persistence
has caused any additional distress.
Yours sincerely,
Katherine Lethbridge-Tatlow
