Global Financial Crisis

Dear Sir or Madam,
I am writing to ask for information under the Freedom of
Information Act 2000.
On Sunday last the Prime Minister said on the Andrew Marr show that
for many years he had been pressing for the setting up of a global
financial system.
I should be grateful if you would let me have copies of all
documents created during the period May 1997 to May 2007,
particularly letters to the Chancellor's opposite numbers in other
countries ( notably the U.S) addressing the need for global
measures to tackle inherent weaknesses in national financial
systems, including our own.
