Dear Fiona,
Apologies for coming back to this request a year later. Having
reviewed the document again, I'm puzzled by your redactions, show
by the *:
*Avon* Fire and Rescue
Avon and *Somerset* Constabulary.
Are you saying knowing the (quite obvious) names of the local
emergency services would prejudice crime prevention, health and
safety etc? Or is there another reason for their redaction?
