With reference to your appeal against the Council's non-disclosure of
information that you had requested under the Freedom of Information Act
2000.

I confirm that the decision has been reviewed by the Council's Legal
Services Manager and the original decision not to disclose has been
upheld. The legal opinion is stated in detail on the attached Response.
