Dear David Jones

Further to your request for GIS related information, I am writing to say
that I have not had a response from LGIH regarding permission to release
the Mapping Services Agreement. I wrote to them earlier this week
reminding them of our obligation to meet your request within 20 working
days (17 November).

As I explained in my email of 31 October we have a contractual obligation
not to release this information. However, given that the information can
be made available (as you point out in your email of 31 October), I will
release the document if I have not heard from LGIH within a further 20
working days (15 December).
