Dear Mr Brough,
Thank you for your emails dated 11 February 2009, which included the
following requests for information. Responses to both are covered in
this reply.
Request 1
"Please supply copies of all correspondence by any medium (eg letter,
email, fax or notes of telephone calls)between Ian Taylor, MP and the
Gladedale Group, and any directors or employees of the group, and with
Network Rail, from January 2005 onwards."
This information is not held by the House of Commons
Information held by individual MPs and their offices is not subject to
the provisions of the FOI Act and the House of Commons does not have
access to this information. In addition, the House does not hold copies
of emails or other correspondence between MPs and others.
Request 2
"Kindly supply details of all payments, gifts, hospitality, shares,
privileges, benefits etc. received by Ian Taylor from Remo Dipre, the
Gladedale Group, or Lexington Communications, other directly, indirectly
or through a third party."
