Good Afternoon Mr Knight,
I acknowledge receipt of your Freedom of Information request to the
Borough of Poole regarding 'the future' of Sylvan First School. This has
been logged as FOI0750309.
I will forward your request on to my colleagues in Children's Services,
but before I do so, can I please ask you to clarify your definition of
'the future of'. You will understand that given the nature of the
information you are requesting it may take some time to collate this
correspondence, and the limit without cost for doing so under the
Freedom of Information Act is 18 hours. If you could expand on which
aspects of the school's 'future' you are most interested in this would
help us to prioritise the information which is most likely to be of
assistance to you.
Kind Regards
Kat

Good Morning Mr Knight,
As you can see from my email below, I asked for clarification of your
request on the 23rd March, as to which aspects of the school's future
you are most interested in. As you will appreciate, the schools 'future'
may encompass a whole range of documents, for example, pupil
projections, staffing policy, funding, built development, curriculum
changes, activities etc etc. Providing all correspondence on all such
matters over the past two years is likely to exceed the 18 hour limit
set out in the Fee and Appropriate Limit Regulations on responding to a
request, and to incur a fee. In asking for clarification I was hoping to
provide assistance in processing your request. I am sorry if this was
not clear.
As I did not receive a response from you, this has delayed the process
of extracting your information. If you could please send through
clarification this would enable us to do so as soon as possible.
Kind regards,
