Dear Mr Owens
I refer to your three reminders concerning -
The Future of Seaburn Centre,
Future Development of the Roker and Seaburn Seafront, and
Leisure Centres in Sunderland
Your reminders were all received today at 15:55 hours but we do not appear to have any trace of receipt of your original enquiries (although we did receive your query regarding Tyne & Wear Archives and have responded the following day).
As your reminders do not specify what information you were actually interested in, we regrettably still find ourselves in the position of not having received valid FOI requests from you under the above headings - as such, I cannot agree with your comments regarding due dates and late responses.
If you would like to submit the queries to which you refer as above, I will be happy to log and refer them to the appropriate Directorates for action as valid requests from dates on which we receive them.
Sincerely,
O Thomas
Sunderland City Council
