Dear Katy Turner,
Thank you for your email of 2nd June 2009 responding to my freedom
of information act request.
My request may have been somewhat ambiguous, and I apologise if
this was the case, but I was actually requesting the future
business papers that form part of the vote bundle as they were at
19th May 2009.
The most recent example of these papers can be found by accessing
the following page on the parliament website,
http://www.publications.parliament.uk/pa...
however to the best of my knowledge it is not possible to access
historical versions of these papers via your website.
I would therefore be grateful if you could either supply these
papers as they were at 19th May 2009 or advise me where I can
access them on your website. For the avoidance of doubt, I am
requesting all the sections (A to F inclusive) as these were
published on that day.
Yours sincerely,
Benny Spooner

Dear Bob Castle,
Thank you very much for your helpful response and for providing the
information in electronic form.
This request has highlighted that whereas early day motions are
currently archived on the parliament website, motions which form
part of the "remaining orders of the day" (and are included in the
future business) are not. Archiving the full order paper, including
the future business, would be a significant improvement to the
service provided by the parliament website, and it would be good if
you could pass this feedback onto the relevant team.
Thanks again,
Benny Spooner
