Further information regarding Mosquito devices

Philip Chillag made this Freedom of Information request to Maidstone Borough Council

Response to this request is long overdue. By law, under all circumstances, Maidstone Borough Council should have responded by now (details). You can complain by requesting an internal review.

From: Philip Chillag

15 December 2009

Dear Sir/Madam,

I am writing in connection with a Freedom of Information request
made by a Mr Danny Lee made on the 23rd November. A full history of
this request can be viewed at
http://www.whatdotheyknow.com/request/mo...

In reply to this request, you stated "Maidstone Borough Council, in
partnership with Kent Police, decided not to use the Mosquito teen
deterrent devices in Maidstone". This implies that Maidstone
Borough Council did consider using the devices.

Please provide me with all relevant information and documents that
was reviewed in making this decision, along with internal memos and
documents, as well as the correspondence (if recorded) with Kent
Police.

Yours faithfully,

Philip Chillag
