F.A.O Eddie Tuttle,
Given the recent well documented delays to FireControl project
could I make a further FOIA request.

What is the current value of change control notices agreed since
the original contract award? Could this be broken down by date of
CCN and element of the project.
What plans are in place to refund local brigades for the increased
costs they are incurring as a result of the delay?
