Further call for HE evidence

Dear S. Tyler

Thank you for your email requesting the local authority response made to
Graham Badman's call on 17 September 2009 for further evidence regarding
the report into home education. The request was received on 7 October 2009

The Council will seek to provide the information that you have requested
within the next 20 working days or let you know from where else it can be
