Dear Freedom of Information,

Thank you for your response, however the Freedom of Information

I am requesting Northamptonshire's response to that call.

Dear Freedom of Information,

Further information has come to my attention that since your reply
stating that Northamptonshire County Council made no response to
this call for evidence.

In a Parliamentary question about Mr Badman's further call for
evidence, the DCFS provide a table which list Local Authority
responses to one of the questions asked in this data request of 17
September 2009:

http://www.theyworkforyou.com/wrans/?id=...

You will note that Northamptonshire is listed. This supports the
DCSF's inclusion of the Authority in it list of 74 respondents:

http://www.whatdotheyknow.com/request/lo...

Therefore please supply Northamptonshire's response to this call as
a matter of urgency.

Yours sincerely,

S Tyler

Dear Freedom of Information,

Further to your reply, I am aware of your letter of 18 November.

However, the DCSF state a home education population figure for
Northamptonshire of 183 on a table compiled from "each local
authority that responded to the questionnaire on home education
distributed in September."

I would therefore ask from where the DCSF obtained this figure of
183?

Yours sincerely,

S Tyler

Dear Freedom of Information,

Regarding the following comments:

"After checking with the relevant department we are unable to
comment upon information held by the DCSF, however we do believe
that this information was provided to the DCSF via an on-line
questionnaire which did not give any option to print or save the
responses provided."

Your colleagues may be thinking of the online Public Consultation
document which was not saveable. I am NOT requesting this response.

I can assure you that the forms on which this information would
have been submitted were Excel spreadsheets and, as such, were both
printable and saveable.

Here is the link to that spreadsheet:

http://www.dcsf.gov.uk/everychildmatters...

Please could you ask them to recheck their records.

Thank you.

Yours sincerely,

S Tyler

Dear Mr Tyler

In order that I can endeavour to find out who filled this form in and submitted it to the DCSF. Can you clarify that it went to our director of CYPS and when.

There have been quite a few changes in personnel in recent times and I am struggling to find out who I would send this most recent enquiry from you to, in order that they may carry out some research and retrieval in order to assist you.

Thank you for your reply.

Steve

Unfortunately what I can't ascertain from them is where the information was sourced and is now stored to provide the response which is my problem. The person who was looking after EHE is no longer with us, if there are spreadsheets which were sent to the DCSF then they should be able to provide them to you which would answer your request, they in turn would ask us as provider of the third party data approval to release.

Dear Freedom of Information,

Please could you request this information from the DCSF as they
would release it to the Local Authority but not to an individual.

Many thanks

Dear Mr Tyler

Our response to you of 10.02.2010 still stands.

Your further request that NCC request the information from the DCSF on your behalf is not something that we would enter into for you.
