FREEDOM OF INFORMATION ACT 2000 - REQUEST FOR INFORMATION

Thank you for your request for the following information.

Please supply the Local Authority response made to
Graham Badman's call on 17 September 2009 for further
evidence regarding the Report into Home Education

Your request was received on 08/10/2009 and we are dealing with it under
the terms of the Freedom of Information Act 2000.

As required by the legislation, we aim to answer your request within 20
working days from the date we received it. This has been calculated to
be 05/11/2009. If for any reason we are unable to meet this deadline we
will keep you fully informed of the reasons for this.

In all further correspondence please quote our reference RFI 2148.

Thank you for your request for an internal review of RFI 2148. I have
carried out this review and I am satisfied that your request has been
answered in full. However, the response was sent a day after the statutory
deadline. This was due to a delay in the service providing the
