Thank you for your request for the following information.
Please supply the Local Authority response made to
Graham Badman's call on 17 September 2009 for further
evidence regarding the Report into Home Education
Your request was received on 08/10/2009 and we are dealing with it under
the terms of the Freedom of Information Act 2000.
As required by the legislation, we aim to answer your request within 20
working days from the date we received it. This has been calculated to
be 05/11/2009. If for any reason we are unable to meet this deadline we

Dear FOI Officer,
I made a Freedom of Information request on 7th October, which is
now overdue a response.
In not providing a response within the 20 working-day limit of 4th
November, you are now breaking the law. Therefore I am requesting
an internal review.
The information requested is below:
On 17 September, Graham Badman via a DCSF email made a further call
for evidence to Local Authorities regarding the Review/Report into
Elective Home
Education.
I am requesting your response to that call.
