no it is not an acknowledgement, it is a request for the original FOI
Request, which we did not receive, to be resent so that we can start to

Thank you for your email as detailed below, I regret that I can find no
trace of an email request for information. If the request came from a
DCSF email did it go directly to a named person or department?
Please could resend the request to our dedicated FOI email address we
can then log the request and pass to the service area.

PI made a Freedom of Information request on 12th October, which is
now overdue a response.

In not providing a response within the 20 working-day limit of 9th
November, you are now breaking the law. Therefore I am requesting
an internal review.

a DCSF E-mail concerning Elective Home Education.

We were unable to respond to Mr Badman's call for further information
regarding the review of Elective Home Education as the request did not
reach the appropriate officer within a timescale which allowed them to
make a response.
