Consultation response.

On 17 September, Graham Badman via a DCSF email made a further call
for evidence to Local Authorities regarding the Review/Report into
Elective Home
Education.

I am requesting North East Lincolnshire's response to that call.

I made a Freedom of Information request on 7th October, which is
now overdue a response.

In not providing a response within the 20 working-day limit of 4th
November, you are now breaking the law. Therefore I am requesting
an internal review.

The information requested is below:

On 17 September, Graham Badman via a DCSF email made a further call
for evidence to Local Authorities regarding the Review/Report into
Elective Home
Education.

I am requesting your response to that call.

Home Education, the response we sent on 3rd November did have the DCSF
document attached and is the only consultation this authority has received
on this subject from the DCSF. I have attached the document again for
