response to Graham Badman's call for further evidence regarding the Report
into Home Education

I am sorry but we have no information to add to our initial reply 08156. The Out of Schools Team who monitor the EHE arrangements did not make any response to the Graham Badman's request for further evidence. We have looked at the web reference to which you refer to and although this does mention Lincolnshire (on an attachment) as one of the responding authorities - we have not been able to drill down on that, or any other link, to see what the response was or from whom

I am sorry I cannot be of more assistance.

Given that I have had no response to my last message of 30 October,
I am requesting an internal review.

In not providing a response within the 20 working-day limit of 4th
November, you are now breaking the law.

The information requested is below:

On 17 September, Graham Badman via a DCSF email made a further call
for evidence to Local Authorities regarding the Review/Report into
Elective Home
Education.

I am requesting your response to that call.
