Dear Sir or Madam,

I made a Freedom of Information request on 7th October, which is
now overdue a response.

In not providing a response within the 20 working-day limit of 4th
November, you are now breaking the law. Therefore I am requesting
an internal review.

The information requested is below:

On 17 September, Graham Badman via a DCSF email made a further call
for evidence to Local Authorities regarding the Review/Report into
Elective Home
Education.

I am requesting your response to that call.

Dear Elizabeth Tanner,

Thank you for your response. However my request is not, as you
suggest, related to that of C Blades.

The information I am requesting is as follows:

On 17 September, Graham Badman via a DCSF email made a further call
for evidence to Local Authorities regarding the Review/Report into
Elective Home
Education. In other words, Isles of Scilly Local Authority will
have received an email from the DCSF on 17 September, which was
signed by Graham Badman.

The document requested by the DCSF in said email can be found at
the link below. NB, it is the Excel spreadsheet which contains the
questions to which I am seeking Isles of Scilly's response:

Please note that I am NOT requesting your Public Consultation
