Dear S. Tyler,

Thank you for your request received by Central Bedfordshire Council on the
8 October 2009 requesting information about Graham Badman's report on
Elective Home Education. I am dealing with it under the terms of the
Freedom of Information Act 2000.

We can confirm that the 17 NEETS are the 'total No of home educated
leavers' for 2008.

In accordance with the Freedom of Information Act 2000, we are treating
the following as a new request for information.

In order for Central Bedfordshire Council to deal with this request, we
require clarification on the following:

* Please could you also send the details from Tables 1 & 2 in
thespreadsheet document below:

In particular we require more specific details on what information it is
that you are requesting as the link does not go to any information that is
managed by Central Bedfordshire Council.

Please note that in accordance with the Freedom of Information Act 2000,
that the until we receive clarification on this matter the 20 working days
will not commence. If we have not heard from you by the 4 January 2010 we
will close this request.
