Further call for HE evidence

Thank you for your email. We have no record of receiving your email of the
3 November 2009.

We can confirm that the 17 NEETS are the 'total No of home educated
leavers' for 2008.

In accordance with the Freedom of Information Act 2000, we are treating
the following as a new request for information.

require clarification on the following:
