Further call for HE evidence

Thank you for your request for information which I received on 12 October 2009. Your request is now receiving attention and you should hear from the council within 20 working days of receipt.

Sometimes a fee is payable if it is estimated that a request will take a council officer more than 18 hours to locate and copy the information and to send it out. If that is the case, I will let you know and a fees notice will be sent to you. You will then have to pay before we can proceed to deal with your request.

Bromley reported one case that had caused concerns but that had been dealt with by way of a management enquiry and that issues had been raised prior to the pupil's parents declaring HE.

I am sorry for the delay in replying to you. I have checked with officers and it would appear that there was some confusion regarding this request and the responder assumed this query was in connection with a previous similar FOI response.

Bromley did not respond to the DSCF further call for HE evidence.
