Dear Mr Tyler,
I have assumed this is the questionnaire which was to be returned to the
DCSF by 19th October 2009. As the Council used the printed form I have
only a hard copy of this. Please supply a postal address and I will send
it to you.
Yours sincerely

No, though I would also be interested your public consultation
response, thank you.
n 17 September, Graham Badman via a DCSF email made a further call
for evidence to Local Authorities regarding the Review/Report into
Elective Home

I am requesting West Berkshire's response to that call.
Yours sincerely,

whether any information was supplied in response to this email.

Dear Mr Tyler,
The Learning and Support Services Manager, who provided the response to
the questionnaire on Home Education, including provision of her contact
details, has confirmed that she has not received a further request for
information in the form of an email sent in September. I will check that
this was not sent to the Head of Education, but it appears on this
evidence that we have not supplied further information.
Yours sincerely

Dear Mr Tyler,
I have now confirmed with the Head of Education's office that this email
was not received by them. As the Learning Support Services Manager was
not asked for information either, as far as we can ascertain no response
has been produced, and there is therefore no recorded information to
provide in response to your request.
Yours sincerely
