Dear Freedom Of Information,
Further to your Internal Review response on 22 December, additional
information has come to my attention. In the Internal Review
letter, you state that Wandsworth made no response this call for
further evidence.
However, in a Parliamentary question about Mr Badman's further call
for evidence, the DCFS provide a table which list Local Authority
responses to one of the questions asked in this data request of 17
September 2009:
http://www.theyworkforyou.com/wrans/?id=...
You will note that Wandsworth is listed. This supports the DCSF's
inclusion of the Authority in it list of 74 respondents:
http://www.whatdotheyknow.com/request/lo...
Therefore please supply Wandsworth's response as a matter of
urgency
Yours sincerely,
S Tyler
