Dear S Tyler,

Your request for information which was received on 7 October 2009 has been
considered. However the Council does not hold the information you have
requested. There are no emails or minutes of meetings. Rather, discussions
were had in consultation with lead officers from school effectiveness,
preventative and protective services and specialist services. Changes were
then made to the draft policy document and guidance document for parents
and carers. These are now in their final draft form and will be presented
at senior leadership level in the Autumn term '09. The aim is to have
finalised documents available by the end of the Autumn Term '09.

If you have any other queries or concerns please contact me.

Yours sincerely

Thank you for your response, however it does not answer my query.

On 17 September, Graham Badman via a DCSF email made a further call
for evidence to Local Authorities regarding the Review/Report into
Elective Home

I am requesting Richmond's response to that call.
