Funding re Ford Eco Town by Dept Communities and Local Government

Dear Sir or Madam,

I am informed by the Department for Communities and Local
Government that "In relation to Ford we are working to ensure that
options for development are addressed through the Local Development
Framework (LDF) process, and we have made an additional
contribution of £75k from the Eco-town Programme to support Arun
District Council’s LDF work".

Please supply:

1. Copies of all correspondence between Arun District Council and
the Department on this matter;
2. Copies of all reports, memoranda, notes, emails, minutes,
decision notices held by the Council in relation to this matter
3. Copies of all submissions, reports and minutes to the Council's
Select Committee held on the Eco Town issue
4. Copies of any press releases issued by the Council on the Ford
Eco Town and also on the above grant.

Please supply copy of any submission made to the Department to
obtain this funding.

Please supply information on:

* the use of the grant to date, broken down by expenditure heads
* note about any income contributed by Arun Council to this process
* copies of any reports to the Department on the use of the funding
* a balance of funding remaining to be spent and the timetable for
a) the whole project and b) for its remaining stages.

I have nearly finished collating the material you have requested.
However, much of it is in hardcopy and it would take a considerable time
and effort to scan to send you electronically and this would inevitably
delay it being sent to you. Could you possibly provide me with an address
