The reports are all listed and the one you need is the Cabinet meeting

very interesting.
THere is no reference to how the installtion costs are to be funded
nor what they are. Please provide further inforamtion on this.
Secondly, at the time the council committed to this, they were not
aware of the insurance costs. What are these please?

Dover Town Council is a separate body to the District Council but they
are also subject to the Freedom of Information Act. I have checked on
their website and although they do not have a specific email address for
Freedom of Information they do have a "contact us" section. Here is the

With regards to the insurance costs associated with the screen, as
mentioned in my previous email, we do not have figures currently
available as these are being negotiated with our insurance company.
