Just to clarify that the FOI Act asks public authorities to comply
within 20 working days. You sent your request to us on Friday 29 January

FS50313964: I complained to the ICO about the internal review taking 43 working days. No point in a decision notice since it was just about the internal review, but it was logged by the enforcement team.
