Dear Cabinet Office,

In that case I request an internal review of your handling of the
request, as I believe your interpretation of the act is incorrect.
The email would have been received by the Cabinet Office shortly
after I sent it, making Monday 1 February the first working day
after receipt.

Yours faithfully,

Ganesh Sittampalam

The Cabinet Office claim that the original request was sent on February 29th 2010. Interesting, that: a non-existent date!

FS50313964: I complained to the ICO about the internal review taking 43 working days. No point in a decision notice since it was just about the internal review, but it was logged by the enforcement team.
