Dear Mr Bala

Thank you for your enquiry. The answer to your request is that the Council does not have a Freepost account.

The Council does have a number of business response service addresses. These are provided on the spreadsheet attached.

However, please note that every time one of these business response addresses is used, the Council incurs the postage cost. If the business response address is used without a prepaid envelope, the Council is also subject to a £1 handling charge from Royal Mail, for every item sent.

Therefore in order to save taxpayers' money, we ask that customers request a prepaid envelope rather than attempting to use this information to save money on the cost of sending post to the Council.
