Dear Sir or Madam

Thank you for your email. Torridge District Council did not receive your initial Freedom of Information Request or your first request for an internal review. I understand that the website that you are using had an obsolete email address for us, which was a member of staff that had left the authority some years ago. We have recently been made aware of this from the Information Commissioners Office and have notified the website and provided a current email address.

In response to your enquiry we have received 329 Freedom of Information Requests with 38 requests responded to outside the 20 statutory days.

I hope this clarifies the situation.

If you have any complaints in respect of your information request, please write to the Freedom of Information Officer at Torridge District Council, Riverbank House, Bideford EX39 2QG. If your complaint is not resolved to your complete satisfaction, you have the right to apply to the Information Commissioner for a decision.
