Act')

Your email sent on: Sunday 28 September 2008 concerning the above
refers.

I will respond to your request for information under the Act as itemised
in your email.

1. How many requests for information under the Act has the Council
received since inception of the Freedom of Information Act 2000?

482 requests.

2. How many times has the Council failed to respond within the
statutory 20 day period?

The Council does not hold the requested information in recorded format
and is not required under the Act to analyse and/or compile data in
order to respond to a request for information under the Act.

Consequently, it is not possible to communicate the requested
information to you.

If you are dissatisfied with this response you have the right to request
the Council to review the matter. If you are unhappy with the decision
on review you also have the right to complain to the Information
