Dear Sir or Madam,
According to a reply given here on 21 May 2008 from Nicola Howell
CCC ref 2008 - 05- 21

Cumbria County Council has spent a considerable amount of money
with Common Purpose.
In your reply (ref FOI Common Purpose Sheet2_Disclosure.pdf)
two invoice numbers are referenced against Cumbria Fire. BN0233 &
BN 0226
Please send me the supporting paperwork from Cumbria Fire with the
name of the Council officer who authorised the training that
relates to the above invoices , plus a copy of the two invoices
from Common Purpose.

Please send me copy invoices relating to WLR payments and grants
that appear in the above document and any recorded information you
have relating to the beneficiaries in Cumbria from these payments.

description of

Please send me the supporting paperwork that relate to the above
invoices along with the name of the Council officer who authorised
the training that relates to the above invoices , plus a copy of
the three invoices recfrom Common Purpose.
In your reply (ref disclosure.doc)you made it clear to the enquirer
that "reports have been received of allegations of widespread
harassment of council employees elsewhere following disclosure of
council employee details relating to operation of Common Purpose
programmes"
On the basis of the above statement by CCC please confirm you have
recorded (reports) information on file that substantiates your
claims to the enquirer, as this was one of the reasons you gave for
withholding information.
If you do have evidence to substantiate your claim will you please
release it under FOI?
