Dear Sir or Madam,
IT APPEARS THAT TRUE TO FORM SOUTH WALES POLICE NOT ONLY PROTECTS
LAW BREAKERS BUT IS QUITE CONTENT TO BREAK THE ITSELF.
Under the Freedom of Information Act South Wales Police should have
replied to my request by now. You have not and are subsequently
breaking the law.
Yours sincerely,
David Grothier

Dear Sir or Madam,
I formally request and internal review of your reply on Common
Purpose training. My enquires show that all UK police forces are
currently involved at some stage in Common Purpose Training
programmes and I have reason to believe that so too are South Wales
Police.
Just to help you along please the following:-

Dear Mr Grothier,
I write in connection with your request for information dated 7^th
October, concerning Common Purpose training.
In the first instance, may I apologise for the delay in responding. This
delay has been caused by the increasing number and complexity of requests
being received by this office together with ongoing resource issues within
the Freedom of Information department which has resulted in a number of
human errors on some of our requests.
On investigation, it appears that this information was readily available
at the time as it was held for another request that we received in
September for similar information and I apologise for not having sent this
response to you sooner.
Having checked our recording systems, it showed that 3 orders had been
placed with the mentioned company and the details are as follows:
Number of persons attending training with Common Purpose - 3 (all police
officers)
I trust that this information answers your request. Should you have any
queries and wish to contact us by e-mail, please do so using the mail box
[South Wales Police request email] . (Please do not reply directly to my own
e-mail address as this may result in a delay to your request).
South Wales Police provides you the right to request a re-examination of
your case under its review procedure (copy attached). If you decide to
request such a review and having followed the Constabulary's full process
you are still dissatisfied, then you have the right to direct your
comments to the Information Commissioner who will give it consideration.

Dear Judith Hammett
Thank you for your reply.
Please tell me in your initial reply, South Wales Police denied any
Common Purpose trained staff.
Without the Rule of Law, we are barbarians.
