Dear Sir or Madam,

Complaint No 57115

Mr Green's letter of the 11th January 2007 advised that the
foundations of my property had not been impacted by work going on
in a neighbouring property.

Please provide documentary evidence, including a site visit report,
which supports this fact.

Yours faithfully,

Carl Templeton-Smith

Good Afternoon,

Thank you for your request for information detailed below. The building
control officer who carried out the inspection of the foundations on the
adjacent property has recorded that the foundation excavation was 1.2m
deep (one point two metres) in clay. This falls within an acceptable
angle of repose, for clay, with respect to your property.

I hope you find the information of use

Kind Regards

Good Morning,
Can you please supply me with a postal address and I will send out the
document in question to you today 1st class. I have attempted to scan
it but the handwriting is more difficult to read and you will get a
better copy if I photocopy it and post it to you.

The fact that you responded to my FOI request.

Then with all due respect you must already have my postal address?

Good Morning,
I have responded to your email address but don't believe I have written
to your postal address. I can get in touch with the complaints section
and ask them to retrieve your address for me off the system, this is not
a problem. I just thought it would be quicker if you could have
provided it, but no worries I will contact the section today and request
it.
Kind Regards

Dear InfoMgr, FinDMT

Firstly I would like to highlight the fact that yet again WBC have
failed to meet a required deadline.

There appears to be little notice taken of the concerns expressed
by the LGO in their annual letter to the Council.

Also a simple apology would not have gone a miss for the delay in
reply to my request!

I confirm receipt of the notes from my case.

I can see no obvious explanation why the work undertaken in the
neighbouring property does not impact the foundations of my house,
as confirmed by Mr David Green.

This information has been passed to my legal representatives for
reference.

Yours sincerely,

Carl Templeton-Smith
